Lots of space and a great kitchen
Communication with Brandon was excellent and timely, he even provided us with a board game table after learning we were there to complete a long-running ttrpg campaign in person. Some things to be aware of: the door on the upstairs bathroom doesn't shut all the way, so making sure you're clear on when someone's in the bathroom is key, especially if you're travelling with friends rather than family. There is a ton of space for both relaxing and gaming, we didn't have as much time to explore but the outside area looked wonderful and easy to use for grilling and play. One small issue we had was that the chairs, couches, and seating options were not very comfortable. That could be a personal thing, but all 5 of us felt more comfortable setting up cushions on the floor rather than using the furniture. The kitchen is updated and spacious, with plenty of cookware provided (although no sheet pan or baking dishes, at least we didn't find any.) the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
