First floor features 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths, Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms sporting a Jack and Jill full bath. 2 stall garage to cover your ride! Enjoy the playground at Denton Community Park or meander on the Denton Prairie Loop. A side note to the history buffs, This home sits on the foundation of the historical Denton Mansion dated back in 1866. Just 15 min from Downtown Lincoln, Memorial Stadium, and Pinnacle Bank Arena! Just a short drive to the Casino, South Lincoln and other sports complexes, Centrally located in a quite safe community!
