First floor has brand new kitchen, two bedrooms [1 king and 2 queens] and two full baths [ all baths are new] , Living Room, Family room and dining as well as screened in porch. Make your way to the second floor where there are three bedrooms [ bunk set and twin, 1 queens] and two full [ new] bathrooms. Home has central air for your comfort and a large yard with seating, fire pit, gas grill and outdoor shower. Just a short distance away is a sandy beach, Sea View Park with tennis courts, playground as well as a walking path. Pets considered with owner approval. Lower level has game room for family fun. *** Home is streaming only.
