Great property on a great location. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and other attractions. One of the bedroom doesn’t have AC which can be tough when the temperature hit 95, but other than that, we recommend it.

Pros: The manager is available and very helpful! The space is huge! The kitchen is well-stocked with every sort of machine, serving dishes, etc. There is a closet containing lots of games and a laundry room! The bathrooms are great.Cons: There is no outside patio for use. No available grill. That is incorrectly listed as a feature. Noise and heat. This condo is directly above a very busy restaurant and there is no air conditioning. This means it was necessary to keep windows open so the noise of the restaurant was very loid in the condo. I thnk air conditioning is needed so that the noise can be muted somewhat.
