Surrounded by trees, the lot offers ample privacy plus a lovely sandy beach with gradual entry to the pristine waters. Moose Pond spans 8 miles with three connected basins, offering 1694 acres of water to discover. Bring your boat up to 17' to keep at the dock or venture out with the provided canoe and 3 paddle boards. Enjoy the convenience of a short drive to Bridgton for entertainment, dining, shopping, and a quick trip to North Conway, NH for outlet shopping and various recreational activities.
