This small chalet located on the Montgo has 2 bedrooms and has a capacity for 4 people.
It has a small, very charming private garden, where you can enjoy a barbecue or a moment of relaxation.
The community pool is located at the end of the street where the house is located, it has shaded areas and grass.
Upon entering the house we find the living / dining room and kitchenette. Everything is tastefully decorated and has all the comforts, such as air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi and a pellet heater for the colder months.
The kitchen has: fridge, induction, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, coffee maker (dolcegusto), toaster and kettle.
The chalet has two bedrooms, one with a double bed (1.50 m) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). Both have a ceiling fan.
Next to them is the bathroom with a shower and a small washing machine. It should be noted that the shower is very narrow.
Electricity and Gas (if any) are included from June to September.
From October to May they are not included: The cost per Kw consumed and the cost of Gas will be paid according to the agency's conditions.
