Casa Segaria is a spacious holiday home with a fully fenced private pool, garden and barbecue in La Xara, just a short drive from Dénia and the beaches of the Costa Blanca. It is ideal for families and groups of up to 12 guests looking for privacy, space and a peaceful setting.

The separate kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee makers, kettle, toaster, blender, cookware and tableware. The accommodation also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating, a washing machine, dryer, iron, television, private parking and a high chair. Bed linen and towels are included.

Outside, enjoy the fenced private outdoor pool, garden, terraces, sun loungers, outdoor furniture and barbecue area. Beach towels and beach chairs are also provided.

The beach is about 5 minutes away by car, Dénia's historic centre about 10 minutes away and La Sella golf course about 5 minutes away. Supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, bars and an ATM are nearby.
