For shared use: beautiful, well-kept garden (fenced) with lawn and plants, swimming pool (20 x 20 m, depth 80 - 210 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, outdoor shower, public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 250 m, bus stop 20 m, sandy beach "Els Molins" 20 m.
