il s’agit d’un appartement fait pour l’été. En effet l’appartement est plutôt froid en hiver car il y a très peu d’ensoleillement et de luminosité. Cet appartement plutôt agréable manque d’équipement (poêle, ouvre-boite, essoreuse à salade, plat…). C’est prévu pour les personnes en vacances qui prennent leur repas à l’extérieur ! l’appartement est situé à 15/20 minutes à pied du centre de Denia ce qui est très agréable. Dans l’ensemble c’est un bon plan pour les vacances.
