The apartment is located in the community of owners Camino del Sol, with a nice and quiet garden with lawn, palm trees and an indoor pool. 
 
The apartment is on 1 floor with elevator and is distributed in a bright living-dining room, semi-independent kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. A terrace, 2 double bedrooms (one with 150cm bed and the other with two single beds) and 1 bathroom with bathtub and bidet.

 
The flat is fully furnished and equipped. With washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, italian coffee machine, toaster, central air conditioning hot-cold, internet wifi, TV, terrace table and chairs. There is an underground parking space and there is also enough space to park outside. 
 
Quiet location and about 5 minutes drive to the centre of Dénia, 250 m to a cafe and the nearest supermarket is 400 m away. The fine sandy beach La Marineta and the harbour are only 1,9km away, next to the magnificent area of Las Rotas. The immense beaches of Las Marinas are 4km away. The region of Denia on the Costa Blanca is an ideal place to spend your holidays. Mild Mediterranean climate all year round, long sandy beaches and beautiful mountain scenery. Dénia offers a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different sports, surfing, sailing ...., beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is situated in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities can be reached within an hour's drive. In the area you can also find 2 golf courses, La Sella at 7 km and Oliva Nova Golf at 20 km.
