Beautiful townhouse nestled into the castle walls of the prestigious landmark of Denia.From here you have easy access through the castle tunnel to the main shopping streets and the abundance of bars and restaurants are all within walking distance. The stunning beaches of Las Marinas are just a 3 minute walk.The property is divided over two floors, on entering the property you are in the lounge/dining room and kitchen. It is tastefully decorated with air conditioning and pellet stove ( for the cold winter months) the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, oven, hob and fridge freezer.The second bedroom leads off the dining area and has an ensuite bathroom and overlooks the courtyard. The master bedroom is upstairs, also with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet.The property is available for winter rental and the utility consumption is charged additionally.

Happy holiday

Lovely little house central to the town. Nice quiet area. Very well equipped and Jayne always available and helpful. Parking not available at the property but free parking opposite by the supermarket although often lucky to find a space. Jayne the perfect host couldn’t ask for more for the price.

House very comfortable - stairs a little scary! Unfortunately no parking outside property so had to find parking space elsewhere which is not ideal. Good for walking into town but not for beach. Could do with written instructions regarding equipment in the house, recycling etc.

Good communication with Jayne. Property was as we expected in a lovely, quiet area but close to the centre through the castle tunnel. Also very close to a supermarket & 10 minute walk to the beach.

A lovely house in a nice neighbourhood

We had a great stay at The house With our family of 4, 2 adults and a 5 year old and a 2 year old. The house was perfectly located near all restaurants, the marina and on walking distance from the beach. Clean and we had a warm welcome from Jayne. Thank you!!

Perfect location for activities in Denia

Really enjoyed the small house in the Old Town. Perfect location for me and my teenager daughter with two sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Proximity to Old Town, Castle, Harbour, Beach and Shopping. Free parking at Main Street (50-100 m away). Pellet oven works very well. You just need to press one button on the remote control to switch on/off. Jayne is a fantastic host.

Hemos estado como en casa. La casa muy bonita, cómoda y recogida. Muy límpia. Ubicación perfecta. Cerca de todo. Puedes ir andando al pueblo, a la playa y tienes Mercadona al lado. Pudímos ir con mi perrita. La atención por parte de Jayne, muy buena.
