Welcome to our cosy beachfront apartment in Denia! This is the perfect place to enjoy an unforgettable seaside holiday. With capacity for up to 4 people, it is ideal for families looking to relax and enjoy the beach atmosphere.



The apartment features 2 cosy bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with two single beds. Additionally, it has 1 full bathroom with a shower for your comfort. The total space is 60 square metres, perfectly distributed to make the most of every corner.



The common area includes a lounge-dining room with direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the views and sea breeze. The lounge has air conditioning for the hottest days. From here you will have direct access to the beach, the best way to start your day!



The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster and all the utensils and crockery you need. Everything necessary to prepare your favourite meals.



The apartment is located in a residential complex with extensive landscaped areas and a shared communal swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on sunny days. We have 1 outdoor parking space in the same residential complex.



The location is excellent: just 3.5 km from Denia town centre, in an area with restaurants and supermarket within 1 km. Plus, we accept pets!

Estancia estupenda

Lo que más me gusta y valoro es la ubicación. Salida directamente a la playa. Cerca de restaurantes, supermercados..algo más alejado del pueblo. El apartamento cumple las expectativas. Sólo le faltan los toldos, evitarían el sol de la mañana y haría menos calor en el apartamento. Hay ventiladores de techo y aire acondicionado. Colocación de toldos en la terraza, se evitaría el calor de la mañana y creo que evitaría el poner el aire acondicionado. El desagüe de la ducha que a veces le cuesta tragar.

Lo único acertado de este alojamiento ha sido su ubicación. En cuanto al apartamento, su mobiliario e instalaciones son bastante antiguas y su conservación muy mala. También he observado que estaba bastante sucio.
