It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

Hemos estado una semana. Nos solventaron rapidamente una incidencia con la llave. El mobiliario y electrodomésticos son bastantes antiguos, habiendo ciertos desperfectos (encimera rota, entraban hormigas a la minima de que tuvieses algo abierto encima de la mesa de la cocina, por ejemplo). Podias ir a la playa andando pero podrian arreglar el camino de la entrada.

Un agradable lugar donde disfrutar de Denia.

Nos ha gustado mucho la casa y la piscina, un lugar muy agradable muy cerca del mar. Y el servicio de la empresa btb muy buena. No nos ha gustado que el servicio de limpieza entró en la casa a las 9 y 25 cuando debíamos irnos s las 10. Entraron en la casa sin autorización y nos pareció inadecuado. Quizás la cafetera podría ser mejor. Por lo demás es totalmente recomendable y nos gustará repetir.

El cuidado de la piscina y el jardín. Mejorar la falta de cortinas opacas en la habitación de arriba, que no dejen pasar la luz. Y mejorar un poco la entrada con el coche en las casas que se pueden aparcar dentro. A parte de mejorar el camino de tierra, para entrar con el coche seria adecuado poner un poco de rampa.

El señor de mantenimiento fue muy servicial, muy buen profesional. El personal de la oficina, muy resolutivo con las incidencias que nos surgieron. Tan solo que en el dormitorio principal, que no dispone de persiana, que las cortinas sean opacas.

En general se ajusta a la descripción del anuncio. Sorprende algún detalle menor como la cortina del cuarto de baño de la planta baja que es espectacular y la cortina de la ducha era corta y el agua se salía. Detalles menores que contrastan con la calidad del inmueble y del entorno.

Esta muy bien, cerca de la playa, buena piscina, lo único difíciles escaleras y estrechas para subir al segundo piso. Las camas no son muy cómodas. Lo recomiendo. En las fotos parece más grande pero está muy bien. Más papel higiénico y cambiar los colchones, se duerme bastante mal.
