Villa Molins is located just 400 meters from the sandy beach "Els Molins" in Dénia.



It is a comfortable and warm independent villa with capacity for 6 people and air conditioning in all bedrooms.

On the ground floor we find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, a fitted kitchen and a living room, and on the upper floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

The outdoor area has a private swimming pool as well as a pleasant terrace fully equipped with garden furniture and barbecue, perfect for enjoying your vacation with family or friends.

The villa is located in a residential area with all kinds of services, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance.

The villa's excellent location means that all destinations are within easy reach, both the beach which you can access on foot, as well as other towns and villages.



The long golden sandy beaches have made this part of Denia a favorite spot for families. Kids have plenty of room to play in the sand at their leisure, while the shallow waters make them safe for swimming, snorkeling, and water sports. Dénia ville agréable avec son marché et son petit port. hélas la maison est au bord de la route et reste bruyante au bord de la piscine.La plage à 500m à pied. la literie correcte. le frigo ne refroidit pas correctement.Autrement la maison est sympa et agréable.Heureusement la climatisation est efficace par grande chaleur

En las fotos parece más de lo que es…

El alojamiento no está mal, pero es mucho más pequeño de lo que parece en las fotos. En el dormitorio principal no tiene persianas lo que dificulta el descanso. Los sillones no estaban muy limpios y, cuando llegamos, había un olor insoportable a tabaco. Eché de menos pequeños detalles de mantenimiento como: elementos mínimos de cocina (estropajo, bayeta, pastilla de lavavajillas, algún rollo de papel higiénico…), pilas que funcionasen en el mando de la tele… Otra cosa que no me gustó es que entrase el jardinero sin llamar y sin avisar, un día salimos y simplemente nos lo encontramos allí…. Como cosas buenas la piscina y el jardín están muy bien, aunque, insisto, son mucho más pequeños de lo que parece en las fotos.
