This was our favorite lodging during our recent Alaska trip. The property was SO clean and although the staff was offsite, they answered all my questions via text. The property is located close to town, but still feels like you're in the Alaska woods. It all feels very homey. One note that big and tall guests should be aware of- the showers are teeny tiny.

Very clean, newly renovated place, complete with access to fully functional kitchen. Would recommend to others to stay there. We had small room w/ private bathroom, but shared bathrooms looked big and clean.

Excellent old school lodging. Spotlessly clean. Super convenient to have a kitchen and laundry. We were a little skeptical about the shared facilities but everyone was respectful and neat. Host very responsive by text. Would stay again. Exceeded expectations.

Real hideaway and so bit inconvenient if one doesn’t have a car. Had to walk on gravel road to restaurants. Very convenient to have laundry facilities. Well equipped kitchen. The host graciously picked and dropped me at the bus depot.
