my stay did not align with the standards I have come to associate with Vivanta properties. Upon checking into the Superior Room that I had pre-booked, I was met with several concerns: • The couch was visibly wet • The chair in the room was broken, and I nearly fell off while attempting to sit • The bathroom door lock was non-functional While I appreciate that the front desk team responded promptly and shifted us to a different room, I must note that the room provided was a clear downgrade from what I had originally booked and paid for. The new room lacked several features promised in the original category: • No bathtub • A visibly smaller bed than what was originally booked • A smaller room size overall, including a smaller couch This experience was disheartening, especially given that we had chosen Vivanta with the expectation of premium comfort and professional service. I had previously stayed at Vivanta Goa, where the experience was exceptional and left a lasting impression. Naturally, I expected a similar standard in Dwarka, but this stay unfortunately fell short. Additionally, our arrival experience was far from welcoming. In the midst of the Delhi summer heat, we were not offered any water or welcome drink, despite noticing that other arriving guests were being served. Moreover, there was no briefing regarding breakfast buffet timings, location, directions to our room, or where the elevator lobby was.
