This was a return visit for me and my co-worker. This hotel was clean, convenient and the club access is a definite plus. The meals were good at the local buffet and tasty. I think it was fairly healthy, if you choose so. The days were quite smoggy, but that has nothing to do with the hotel, which does actually practice good environmental practices (no plastic bags, no plastic coffee lids). Unfortunately couldn't enjoy the outdoors pool as much as I would've liked. The area is not the best, but walkable to CP and surrounding areas. The staff from the spa (which is really quite nice, including cold plunge) to front desk to restaurant and club lounge were great. It is not the nicest hotel I've ever stayed, but the experience was professional, safe, clean and quite easy actually. I would stay again.

We had an amazing stay at the Shangri-La Hotel. The spa service was absolutely wonderful — relaxing and professional. We also used the hotel’s car service to explore the city, which was very convenient and comfortable. The food and restaurants were excellent, offering a great variety and top quality. We really appreciated the staff’s hospitality — they even allowed us a free late check-out for six extra hours, which made our departure much easier. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and exceptional service!

Excellent hotel, friendly staff and clean. Stayed in many hotels around the world and this is one of the best. Great facilities with access to gym 24/7 and spa until 12am. Very wide choice at breakfast. Only thing I would say is that the food at the restaurants abit pricey.
