Excellent Stay - Horizon Lounge a Must!

The Horizon Club is the difference maker with this hotel. Other club floors in other hotels are not as good as this one. The staff including AMit, Sagar, Aditi and Dharmi, are fantastic - helpful, attentive, kind, professional. The food and beverage offering especially between 6-8pm is fabulous. This lounge is the reason alone why we keep coming back.

I loved my stay here… the hotel was beautiful and very centrally located in terms of tourist sites and shopping. This is an important consideration in a large city like Delhi where one can end up spending significant time in travel. I would highly recommend the hotel.

I reached a bit early but was only given a room when I had to pay extra for a Horizon Package. The room I was given originally had a leaking toilet so I had to change soon after. For the Horizon lounge, when the staff knew I had kids with me, and I had paid extra for the package, the staff in the lounge told us it was a business lounge and asked us to keep our kids quiet which was frustrating. The policy didn't seem consistent when they insisted I had bought the Horizon package knowing full well I had kids with me. Quite a few of the staff at the hotel were quite rude, though some very helpful and even after checking out and leaving the hotel, some of the staff continue to hassle me even though I have given them feedback on the negative experiences during my stay.
