The Property is set in Aerocity. Dining options inside for breakfast and at Honk are fantastic! They can arrange for a pick up if you ask. Enjoyed my stay n will come again. The Staff is very polite n courteous. Staff is very helpful, works very hard to make your trip memorable. Thank you!

The hotel is doing major outdoor renovation which can be heard in the rooms. Even after changing to another room it could still be heard. They only do the during day time, but if you plan to do work at the room its very annoying.

We had to call several times the reception to get things done. For example we needed to call 3 times to get plates in the room. We needed to extend the stay for half a day and they said the room is not available. After several request all of a sudden they gave the room. I felt that they didn’t want us a guest.

Horrible service

I have been given smoking room which was full of smoke. After the hours of discussion with hotel workers it was changed to non smoking. But this has caused lots of issues for my partner to breath as she is asthma patient

Not very professionally managed

Resturant staff was are not professional. The resturant is very poorly managed. Checking staff are mostly seems to be trainees or new. They are not clear about the policies and be careful about your ID cards, they might not return it after checkin.

Convenient and Clean, But Dated and Poorly Lit. This hotel is in a great location near the airport, which is very convenient for business travel. The meeting rooms are pleasant, the staff is friendly and helpful, and everything is clean and well-maintained. The food is average to good by hotel standards. However, the decor is noticeably dated, and the rooms are quite dark due to insufficient lighting. While it’s a reliable option, I’d likely choose a more modern hotel next time if available.

Nice hotel close to the airport, very welcoming and helpful staff clean and modern and good dining options The breakfast was well served and had plenty of options It can be busy in the lobby & reception with parties or events being held The towels in the bathroom were worn and one ripped so expect better quality linen from a reputable hotel chain Overall, good and would stay again

We had a lovely restful day before our flight back to the U.K. we made use of the Gym which was very well equipped and the lovely outdoor swimming pool. Shivani at reception was extremely helpful and efficient during checking. Would definitely stay here again.
