Horrible experience. Do not book this hotel!

I made my reservation over three weeks before my arrival. I make sure that everything was working in our room (AC, wifi, etc) because our plane arrived at 3am at delhi. Since we were 2 girls alone, we didn't want to risk anything that late at Delhi. We finally arrived at the hotel at 5am. First, to get there was a hazard. Is located in the main bazaar (Which i recomended to everybody not to stay there!!!) and you could see people on the groud naked, looking at you, it was just shocking). We arrived at the reception (if you can call that a reception) and firts they couldn't find my reservation, and second the boy told me that the room they have for me has no AC. (In delhi, it can reach to 45C degrees). Of course I was super mad, specially because I booked with so many weeks before and because it was 5am and we haven't sleep! The boy told me that he own another hotel next, so he can accomodate us there. Without any alternative we did it. It was "All izz well hotel". Again, around 5a, we walked 5min to all the bazaar street afraid an tired. They give us a room and that was it. Horrible experience.

El hotel está recientemente reformado. Nos trataron muy bien. La habitación estaba limpia y todo funcionaba correctamente. Buena cercanía al metro.

Práctico, recién renovado de estilo moderno.

Renovado, moderno, en las inmediaciones de Main Bazaar. Trato cortes. Ya he ido en dos ocasiones y he quedado satisfecho.

My stay at Prince Palace hotel

The hotel was ok. For hot water, you need to ask the reception to turn on a switch which I did not know until just before checkout. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Wifi was not good and I had to use mobile data. But for the price this is a good hotel.

The staff were very friendly, the property was ok but definitely not 4 star. The location wasn’t very nice, it was accessed via an alley way and there was a urinal down there, however close to tourist spots. There was an odd smell in our room and the sheets were slightly stained.

quick getaway

My visit to the hotel and area was just for a quick getaway from real life and work. The location of the hotel provides for a great experience both in culture and in food. I would definitely do this again.

We booked this hotel terrible location very dirty path leading to the hotel, gave us a room on 3rd/4th floor but no lifts to take bags... eventually they offered us another alternative hotel about 10mins further it was much better..

A clean and safe haven in Paharganj. But small roo

Very nice, clean and well designed hotel. Great for s night or two. The local area is a little shady so this was a safe respite from the mayhem outside. The only issue we had with our standard room was that it was small. Not enough room for a large suitcase. I had to step over it each time.

A diamond in the middle of the coal

The hotel is very well priced and could actually charge more given the place is cleaner than most other hotels who charge a premium for much less. It is definitely renovated, finished with a mix of marble and wood with some minor finishing work still to be done which happens on the Indian time schedule so no chance it will interfere with anything you may do. The room was definitely quiet, though you may on an unpredictable night hear a dog pack expressing themselves for about 10 minutes before running off to some other place. It does not repeat and can happen near any hotel but really that was the only noise I heard. The rooms are relatively modern with very clean sheets and clean modern bathrooms. The hotel staff is very helpful and trustworthy. They will go out of there way to accommodate you with your best interests at heart and will happily assist you within their means to do so such as ensuring what you pay for travel is fair. The hotel restaurant is located at the top of the hotel but it does not have any tables and chairs yet. I would often go up to order food personally and speak to the chef who was an interesting man. Each time I would come I always saw the chefs kitchen helper feverishly cleaning the stove and venting. Certainly, the food was wonderfully tasty and quite affordable and while not all things listed on the menu were available, it is best to consult with the chef to know which dishes to order to save any confusion.

Man får hvad man betaler for

Fin hotelovernatning til meget billige penge. Hotellet ligger lige midt i Main Bazar og er derfor ikke så let at komme til. Tuk tuk chaufføren havde meget svært ved at finde det, da det ligger lidt inde bag ved. Enormt venlig betjening og hotellet som sådan ser nyere og fint ud. Værelset var som på billederne, men slidt. Flot, nyt badeværelse. Værelset var ikke særlig rent. Pletter på sengelinned og små, sorte hår på gulv, vask og i seng. Billigt, men renheden også derefter.

Very helpful staff. They upgraded the room at the check-in. After check-out they provided a room for two hours to rest and take a shower before my departure to the airport, for free. Good hotel for the price. You need to ask the reception to turn on the heater before you take a shower, but there is no problem as the water gets warm in seconds. A part of the hotel is under renovation, but there is no noise from 8 P.M. to 10 A.M.

Clean hotel with low price

Very helpful staff. They upgraded the room at the check-in. Helpful for getting taxi. Helpful for arranging a package to visit Agra and Jaipur with a reliable driver. After check-out they provided a room for two hours to rest and take a shower before my departure to the airport, for free. Good hotel for the price. You need to ask the reception to turn on the heater before you take a shower, but there is no problem as the water gets warm in seconds. A part of the hotel is under renovation, but there is no noise from 8 P.M. to 10 A.M. The hotel is in the Main Bazaar Road in the heart of traditional local shops. But during late at night it is very quite. Five minutes walk to metro and train station.

Nice stay in a busy area

I stayed here with a friend for three nights. At this moment they are renovating the reception area. The room was very nice and clean. The staff is great and help you with all your questions. Don’t forget to bring your earplugs for a quiet night. The hotel is in front of the main bazar.

Main market stay

First of all, the place is really new and everything in the room was perfectly fine. We had a nightmare trying to find the place but eventually got. The place isn’t located as stated on Expedia map. I attached a photo of the exact location. It’s on the Baba Namdev Marg. Check in and check out super fast. All amenities were brilliant. This hotel doesn’t offer an elevator but they certainly help with your bags to your room. The rooms were tiny but very clean, beds comfy, shower was the best we had during our India stay. Now we know the location we would stay again.
