The hotel was inexpensive, but their management made me pay for the property again a second time because they don't honor bookings done through Expedia. They said that Expedia is not a reputable company- what a joke. But the manager came and said the same, and we had to either find a new hotel or pay again. We chose to pay again- a big mistake. The room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and the bathroom door would not latch. The bathroom smelled like sewage and the bedding was dirty. In all, it was one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I will not be returning.

When we arrived to the hotel, we were informed that they have not received our booking via hotels.com. They reported this happens often as others use their details on hotels.com?? Luckily we chose the option to pay at the hotel. They had rooms available luckily. The room was okay, but the bathroom had a strong bad odour and the walls were stained red. However another room we stayed in was cleaner than this as it didn't have this. Overall beds were comfortable. Location of the hotel is an ideal distance from the airport.

Great airport choice

Some issues at check-in, but this was a Hotels.com problem, not Dev Residency's fault - it should be easier to contact this portal about this kind of thing. Once that was sorted out, everything was excellent.

Disgusting place to stay. I asked for breakfast and untensils were really dirty. The tea cup was not washed. Hoorible experience. They did not accept the payment digitally rather the enforce to pay by cash. I had no choice but to pay by cash. very rude.
