The property is ideal for long stay guests and gives you a home-away-from-home feel with its own Kitchen. It is a very peaceful location and we do not allow loud parties that cause inconvenience to neighbours. We would also request you to please treat it like your own home :)

Smoking is NOT permitted indoors or in bathrooms, you can only smoke in balcony and/or open areas without causing any discomfort to other guests. Smoking indoors will result in penalty or fine.

IMPORTANT - Please inform your arrival time in advance, this is mandatory. We will provide you with the phone number of our rep, please call him an hour before arrival so that he can come across & meet you for keys accordingly at the agreed time.

* The property also has CCTV surveillance on all main entry/exit points for your security and/or on-site staff. Photo ID proof will be required for all guests.

* It is VERY IMPORTANT that you send us the Photo ID copies (Front & Back with address visible) of all guests BEFORE arrival. This is a requirement as per local laws and city police.
* Indian residents can send across your full Driving License, Aadhar Card or Voter ID with the address clearly visible. PAN Card is not a valid Address Proof.
* Foreigners need to specifically send their Passport (Front & Back with address visible) and copy of your Indian Visa. No other ID proof will be valid for them.
This will also help in arranging your Express Check-In and making your Check-In process as contactless as possible.

* Pets - Only 1 small Dog of less than 20kg is permitted, no other pets of any kind are allowed.

* Assistance Animals - We regret that we cannot accommodate an assistance animal as it would create a health and safety hazard for us due to allergies, etc. So as per relevant vRBO policy, we can't host guests with the assistance animal and are accordingly advising potential guests in advance before making their booking, to avoid any disappointment.

* Any kind of commercial or semi-commercial activity is not allowed. Day visitors maybe allowed but with prior intimation and after providing valid ID Proof. Overnight visitors are not allowed unless approved and paid-for in advance.

* Single/Extra Beds & Floor Mattress are not available at all times, but are only provided if there are any 'paid-for' Extra Persons booked in the reservation.

* Please note that all Bookings of discounted Monthly stays are exclusive of electricity charges that must be paid separately on actuals. This Fair Use policy prevents abuse of this resource.

* Any Date Alteration Requests will not be approved. You are advised to take Travel Insurance to manage any exigencies.
