Absolutely amazing. Very friendly and professional staff. Clean and well organized. The staff is very helpful and goes beyond to ensure you are satisfied with everything. Rahul and Neha is simply amazing they took good care of us. The only down fall I had for my 8 night stay was to pay for ice every night which is not accommodating for a five star hotel. Ice is free in all hotels around the world.

Nicely appointed room. Good location. A bit far out of town, but having the mall next door was very convenient for shopping and eating. The main (and irritating) problem was very poor and insecure internet. One uses the internet routinely for so many purposes that poor access is a MAJOR negative. I recommend that the hotel address this issue with the highest priority.
