The Room was full of Dog hair all over the carpet trash was on the floor and the end table was dirty the staff had to come clean the Room not very impressed with the cleanliness the Room the guy who cleaned the carpet was very prompt of vacuuming to satisfy us and very apologetic

Best Holiday Inn I’ve stayed at

Check in: friendly, excellent. Parking garage: the elevator was out on arrival and departure dates. Had to schlep my heavy bags up and down stairs. I also hate that guests have to OSU for parking when other hotels had free parking. Good: had 2 great breakfasts at Dales. Service was good, fast. Rooms: nice, comfortable, clean. Other stuff: nice patio to sit, read, talk, have a drink. Close to everything you want to do in Deadwood.

Nice hotel

The hotel was nice. The staff was friendly. Rooms were clean air conditioning worked great and it had a fridge and microwave and safe. However, we showed up right before sturgis rally so we paid top dollar.. and the vending machine on our floor was out of order, one of the elevators didn't work for 3 of the 4 days and washer and dryer could use an update. Howere that being said, I do Appreciate the fact that the hotel did have a washer and dryer in it that was a Plus. All in all nice hotel.

Attended the 2025 3-Wheeler motorcycle rally and my stay was really good. The food and the service in the bar & grill in the casino was excellent. The covered parking was appreciated enabling me to keep my Vanderhall Carmel out of the rain when not participating in one of the rides.
