Check in was great. Nice people we never saw after check in. Breakfast was fine the first day. Second day the waffle iron wasn’t on and never heated enough to make a waffle. Orange juice dispenser broken and no one around to ask about. Needs a new bed. It was not in the best shape but the room was clean enough. The price was reasonable.

Customer service was great. I accidentally booked a non-pet friendly room and they upgraded me to a pet friendly room without charging me the extra $20. The room was clean and about what you would expect for the price. If you just need a cheap, safe place to sleep for a night this is a good fit.

Mediocre at best.

The hotel is mediocre and needs updates. In our room the carpet was fraying, the bathroom tiles were broken, the toilet paper holder was broken, most of TV stations didn't work, and so on. Breakfast is from 6-9am but when we ate at 6:30am the biscuits and gravy were ice cold and the crockpot was only on warm. I'm not sure how it's supposed to get hot on the warm setting. The office clerk was non-existent after we checked in. The only thing this hotel has going for it is that is was reasonably priced. We would not stay here again or recommend this hotel to others.

All of these properties in this price point are owned/run by East Indians who seem like nice people but they are all living on depreciation. There is no reinvestment in the property at all and it shows. Many things are either broken or not available to guests any more
