Central and quiet for adults, children and dogs

The house is comfortably and functionally furnished and suitable for young and old. The house measures 85 square meters and is detached on a 650 square meter plot. The garden invites you to relax and play.
The house has one bedroom on the ground floor (modernized in July 2019) and two more on the upper floor (renovated in December 2021). All bedrooms are equipped with high-quality box-spring beds. Child safety gates are located on the stairs to the upper floor.
The ground floor also features a large living room with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, gas stove, microwave with oven function, Senseo Switch/coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a washing machine. Both the living room and one of the upstairs bedrooms have a TV (with international channels).
The bathroom is on the ground floor. It has a sink, a toilet, a bathtub, and a shower.
A separate garden shed can be used as a storage room for suitcases, etc.

The bungalow is located in the Residentie Texel Villapark. The charming center of the neighboring holiday park "De Krim" is about a 3-minute walk from our bungalow (No. 25). There is a supermarket, where fresh bread rolls are available every morning. There is also a cozy restaurant, a hairdresser, bike rentals, indoor mini golf, bowling, a climbing park, and plenty of entertainment options for everyone. The swimming pool is available for a fee.

A large golf course is adjacent.

The Villapark is located on the northern tip of Texel. It is a holiday paradise for all ages. The park is surrounded by a dune landscape, not far from the beach (Paal 28), the lighthouse, and the small village of De Cocksdorp. There is another supermarket and several restaurants here.
