Beach apartment renovated king bed top floor

Enjoy king size bed with stunning beach View on the top floor! The Hotel is centrally located. The room is very spacious with over 350 sqft. The property consists of two apartments that can be rented separately or together. It has Excellent views of the ocean, the pool and the avenue. The room has a bathtub and a/c is new! Also has a small fully equipped kitchenette with sink, refrigerator and utensils, spices etc. Beautiful and fine decorations, and fog less mirror. Very clean.
The space
This posting is for one of my rooms. It is actually two bedrooms separated however they can be rent independent or together if booking allows. All together it has a king size bed two full size beds and 1sofa bed. So It can host up to 7 people. Please contact me if you plan to book both units at the same time.
All linens are new, new beach towels, fully equipped kitchenette, coffee, soaps conditioned, conditioner, and shampoo, cleaning supplies provided. Pictures posted are from both apartment one is renovated and the other is in the process of being remodeled!
Other things to note
The pool is open, a small new gym, wifi included and a laundromat are available in the hotel. Guest are required to have a parking pass and will be provided at the reception in the main lobby. One vehicle is covered. Additional vehicle is $10 per night. Thank you
