Funky little place. It’s a bit abused, a few holes in walls, no shower curtain. The Flagger Seafood restaurant made it all worth it.

It was by far the worst hotel state I’ve ever had in my life. There was a family of 23 having a reunion. They also invited friends and additional guests. Drinking dope, smoking loud noises dogs barking kids running partying right outside our door all night long.Most everyone was drunk vomiting everywhere we had to leave after the first night and book at another hotel in the area. I will say after returning home and contacting hotels.com. They helped us get half of our money back, but it was very inconvenient to have to shift around on our trip. I have stayed at this hotel for years you know you’re getting a little beachside hotel convenient to the sites and the beach. But never ever have I had such chaos in Sue. I will never stay or recommend this place ever again.

The best part is a fantastic view of the ocean from the second floor. The guy at the desk was very pleasant. The price is well below anything else. The propery itself is old and a little bit shabby. The room's walls and doors had dirty spots. The rooms are clean where it counts, floors, sheets, towels and bathroom surfaces. Inexplicably, there was no shower curtain. The housekeeper said that "they" weren't bringing shower curtains, possibly meaning the laundry service? I have an idea: go to Dollar Tree and get some temporary ones for a dollar twenty-five. Still, the place is not so bad. I would come back for that view. I don't need fancy. Great restaurant on site.

Absolutely disgusting debt cockroaches everywhere. The hot water heater door was wide open with a fire burning with trash and garbage everywhere when I called customer service to complain about an a terrible reservation we book with them they asked me what’s wrong. Why don’t you talk to the manager at the front desk? I’m very disappointed in the response from Expedia. I will never book for you guys again and the hotel was absolutely disgusting, dead cockroaches, dirty stain sheets, broken furniture, tape on the walls never again will I book with your company very disappointed and I will let all my friends and family know and I’ll definitely be posting this on social media With the response from your company when I called for help

The only pluses are location, view and staff. Otherwise, it's barely above a NYC tenement. Holes in the walls, probably last updated in the 70's.

We had higher hopes than we should have had apparently. The property is very much run down. They do have a pool which is nice. The service was not good. We paid for an upgraded room with the kitchenette. Apparently what that means is a refrigerator and microwave. The room was very dingy and dirty. The bathroom vanity was falling apart. There was a mirror leaning against the wall in the room. The balcony door was nearly impossible to open, and wouldn’t close all the way. The front door wouldn’t lock unless you lifted on it. Our toilet clogged. I had to go to the check in office to get help (no phone in the room). They brought a plunger, handed it to my wife, and left. While I’m reminded that you get what you pay for this just wasn’t a pleasant experience. There is a restaurant on premises, but we opted to not even try it.

We booked for a kitchenette which was shown in a picture, but only got a fridge and microwave. No coffee maker.

This place is HORRIBLE, all of those 10/10 reviews have to be fake!!! It is run down, filthy, and honestly couldn't wait to be out. Paint was pealing, floors and walls were dirty covered with who knows what. Curtain shades were torn, cigarette holes in sheets and the door (despite being locked) had a big gap that let in light and didn't feel very safe or secure. It was a holiday weekend so understand it is busy but parking was a nightmare and people either high or incredibly drunk laying in the middle of their door and outside walkway. Just go somewhere else....

The first room we got was less than appealing. There were supposed to be two lamps on the wall on either side of the bed, one was missing and wires were just hanging. There was only a window unit for air conditioning. No trash can, no microwave, an old shower curtain slung up partially covering a broken blinds window. The room was nothing like the room we reaerved so we spoke to staff and we were upgraded to a double full room instead of single and the new room had a kitchenette, this room while more satisfactory than the first the door didnt close all the way, it could be pulled open half an inch, the deadbolt didn't work, the door was barely held on by half screwed in screws, the sliding door didn't have a pole to put in to stop it from being opened. The location was perfect, the staff were completely friendly and understanding, but the rooms were less than ideal with some seriously sketchy neighbors.

We got there extremely late The one good thing was that it was right next to the beach/water. On the other hand everything was so dirty & broken down. The mattress had blood stains on it, let’s just say we all slept in our clothes ontop of all bedding. The towels were all stained. Our tv had only 4 channels. It just needs completely updated
