Best property. We have rented other units from Shelly and they are always great but this was our favorite. Updated, clean, perfect location and comes with all the amenities. Has everything you could need to cook, do laundry, go to the beach, you name it. Lots of space and great for my family every time we go down to Ormond.

We chose to spend my wife's birthday here, which falls on a Memorial Day weekend. This is our 2nd stay at this building. From the start the host was very helpful and supportive. I had ordered flowers as a surprise for her birthday and Shelly coordinated with the florist to make sure they were delivered before our arrival! The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated and had everything we could ever need for our stay. And the view is beyond spectacular! From our balcony, we saw dolphins, shooting star, rocket launch and the space station gliding through the orbit. The beach is only a few steps with easy access. We enjoyed and loved our stay. We will be back!

This unit was better than expected. The view is amazing as you are right on the beach and the sunrises are absolutely beautiful Communication with Shelly was so good - there was never a delay in her responses. The unit is larrge, well equipped and very clean. The master bed is on the soft side which wasn't our preference but certainly not anybody's fault - but just to be aware of. We would definitely stay here again.
