Right in the heart of the World's Most Famous Beach! 1 bedroom condo newly renovated with 1 bedroom with king bed, large smart TV, updated bathroom with walking shower, kitchen including oven, stove, and all necessary cooking accessories and cookware. Large living room has a double bed, along with couch and loveseat, fireplace with large smart TV, dining area, direct oceanfront private balcony to view beautiful sunrises and enjoy your morning coffee.
Resort has a large pool, kiddie pool, coin laundry, free WiFi, and a privately owned restaurant on the corner of the resort. Resort is located on the corner of International Speedway and A1A. Within walking distance of The Daytona Lagoon Waterpark, Oceanwalk, the Bandshell, The Boardwalk and Amusement park, lot of restaurants and souvenir shops.

We are located 5 miles (20 minutes) from Daytona Speedway and Int'l Airport, and hour and half from Orlando's Int'l Airport, 2 hours from Disney. Head north an hour on A1A for a beautiful scenic drive to historic Saint Augustine. Go south an hour and you can explore Cape Canaveral.

Ponce Inlet is another quaint place to visit and is just south on A1A about 15 minutes. Explore the lighthouse, dine on the water, or charter your our fishing excursion!

New Smyrna beach is another gem located about 30 minutes south. Lots of art shops, great cuisine, spectacular beaches and a hoppin night life! Flagler Ave has everything for everyone!

If you love hiking we have some of the most beautiful parks around! As you head north towards Saint Augustine on A1A you'll pass Washington Oaks Gardens State Park. 425 acres of coastal scenery, multiple trails to explore gardens, rock formations on the beach, bike trails, fishing, lots of bird and wildlife, or enjoy lunch under majestic oak trees or in the covered pavilion with grills located throughout the picnic area.

Great time!

We had a great vacation. VRBO was real easy to work with and get all the questions answered that we had for first time renters. Info about the room and area were very clear. I would use VRBO again.

Very nice condo

This is a very clean condo. Only thing negative was the very weird/nosy neighbors. One of them actually tagged along with the cable crew to come in the condo. And then did it again while we were not there. And then had the nerve to ask me later “did yall notice we went in your condo again after you left” I said no. He then said. “That’s good”. Wow. The place is under some construction which didn’t bother us at all. But the neighbors left a bad taste. Property manager was extremely wonderful. It’s a 7.0 from me. Wasn’t for the neighbors , it would get a 10 from me.

Nicely redone, great view of morning sunrises, comfortably sleeps four if needed. All you need for a short stay. Parking is tight, with construction going on around the property. Close to the Speedway..

Recovering property

This property just like all of the properties in Daytona are recovering from a devastating, unprecedented storm that totally changed Daytona forever. When the storm happened, it was in the middle of a total remodel for the property. The property is under construction, but unit 209 that we stayed in Was wonderful. The property is functional and has a great location. We were very pleased.
