The was not available until 330pm. The Associate Ken was very professional and friendly. I had the opportunity to hear him speak with a customer that was complaining, Ken was very attentive and patient. I told him he have the Patience of Job. He is definitely an asset to Hampton Inn at New Smyrna Beach.

The room was very nice and the staff helpful. However our room wasn’t ready. We waited an hour so the staff removed the parking fee!
