No staff around, room tv and air conditioner did not work. Tried to call the front desk, sent text, email, more calls - not answered but hung up on… the worst customer service ever. Room is dirty, dated and nothing works. Will be demanding a refund - a first ever for me.

The room was okay. We were upgraded to an ocean view room. However, the first night we went out to a few bars and got back a little late to find our room keys not working so my bf was forced to go to the front desk to get the room keys reprogrammed. Also, the fact that the pool was missing about 2 feet of water is unacceptable. The outside shower wasn’t working, so I could see people go dip their feet in the pool to rinse the sand off their feet. BUT, if you’re looking for a reasonable priced place to simply sleep, it’s not bad. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They’re also pet friendly if you’re willing to pay $25 a night for each pet.

This place was absolutely disgusting and uncleaned and smelled like mold. There were bugs in the room sheets had blood on them and showed up. The only place that looked clean and decent was the bathrooms. The hallways lights were majority of them burn out and the door mechanism was broken.

I liked the communication of the front office. There is not a lot of space for pets ...my small dogs had to go potty near the grass around the pool... Sign read "pets are not 🚫 to be near the pool".

This place is a DUMP!! Torn window curtains, shower curtain BARLEY hanging on!! Breakfast was a JOKE! Coffee was terrible. I paid extra for the kitchenette only to find out that there was absolutely NO cooking utensil, not a spoon, a plate, a pan NOTHING! Laminate peeling off the cabinets! I was SHOCKED!
