Nuevo y bellamente remodelado (Unidad # 402) - Directamente en la playa

Espectacular propiedad frente al mar 2BR / 2BA. Ubicado en el 4to piso y ofrece impresionantes vistas del amanecer. Este condominio ha sido completamente remodelado con muebles nuevos en cada habitación, así como electrodomésticos nuevos. Encontrará un televisor de 55 pulgadas colgado en la sala de estar principal y dos televisores de 40 pulgadas montados en las dos habitaciones.

El dormitorio principal tiene una nueva cama king cómoda, 2 vestidores grandes, mesitas de noche y una silla para sentarse si es necesario. El dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas gemelas acogedoras y una cómoda grande. Bellamente remodelar baños, así como una bañera en el baño principal para bañar a sus hijos si es necesario. ¡Y no olvide los nuevos muebles de patio con una mesa de bar y cuatro sillas para disfrutar del amanecer de la mañana con su taza de café!

Ocean Reef Villas es nuestro pedazo de cielo. Regresarán año tras año debido a la pura relajación de la ubicación, los cuidados jardines y la piscina limpia. Sin mencionar la proximidad de muchos restaurantes, supermercados, tiendas y bares.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We enjoyed our visit to new Smyrna Beach Florida, and the condo was lovely. We had lots of fun at the pool, and the direct beach access was fantastic. There are many good restaurants close to this location.The host was responsive and very accommodating for our needs

Wonderful unit and experience!

We had a fabulous time at this rental. The view was amazing. The suite was well suited to our needs and the owners were very responsive to questions. Lovely beach access and pool area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone! The only downside was it’s on the 4th floor and the elevators were down.

Beautiful view and beautiful accommodations

Lovely, well maintained condo with gorgeous view of the ocean. The complex also has tennis courts and we enjoyed playing pickle ball. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful condo, Gorgeous view!

We were very impressed with the cleanliness and beautiful decor. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. Both my husband and I relaxed at the large pool and enjoyed easy beach access several times a day. We would highly recommend.

Best of Both Worlds

Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Pool was refreshing and still a great view of the ocean. Accommodations were very clean and well kept. We chose to stay in what was the most humid week in August so naturally the AC had difficulty in keeping up. Host provided a dehumidifier. Accommodations was well equipped with at least for fans and two ceiling fans. Would definitely recommend.

What a great vacation!

My family has been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach for 45 years, but this was the first time staying in this unit. We absolutely loved it! It is beautifully furnished and decorated. It was very clean and had a well stocked kitchen and bathroom necessities. Linda in the office was very nice and a small maintenance request was handled very quickly. I would absolutely recommend this place for your next vacation! Thank you, Jennifer and Randy, for sharing your home-away-from home with us! It truly was that and we enjoyed our stay very much!

Everything was perfect.

Very clean property. Condo was very clean and up to date on all amenities. Comfortable master bedroom bed. Easy access to the pool and beach. Host was very easy to get in touch with and very accommodating. We will be back!

Great location, great condo, great stay.

Wonderful Stay

This was our first time at NSB and will not be our last! This unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The close proximity of the grocery store was a plus. Although the weather was cold and kept us from the beach we enjoyed drinking coffee each morning on the balcony and watching the waves! So many fabulous restaurants and shops! A great visit!

Great ocean view

This property was in a great location, very clean and nice condo for our family trip. The balcony view of the ocean and pool was great, especially for our morning coffee, and you can't beat being right on the beach. We didn't hear any noise from the neighbors and overall would recommend this stay to anyone!

Full circle

Coming back to New Symyra and staying on the beach was a wonderful way to celebrate! The condo was just perfect for my best friend and I who spent many years getting together while I dedicated a month to be with my dad. Dad is gone, but his spirit was felt! There was nothing we lacked to make our stay perfect.
