Overview room on 7th floor (716) is a beautiful view. Room was spacious. Bed was comfortable. Would stay here again. Breakfast is continental, bread, muffins, oatmeal, yogurt… nothing special, but better than nothing.

The staff was extremely friendly, but they ran out of beach towels constantly, and the breakfast included was coffee, orange juice, and water, bagels, muffins, and apples. There was cereal, but there was no milk. There was a yogurt machine, but it was broken and that was it, very disappointing, especially if you can’t have any kind of bread because that’s all that was offered.

The oceanfront view was great! Bed was very comfortable. Alfredo at the front desk was the most accommodating/friendliest employee I met:) Not what I expect from a Hilton, however… Broken TV, no housekeeping (even after I asked), hazardous parking, even though breakfast is extremely basic it would seem better if it wasn’t in such a dismal room! Very disappointed overall.

It’s nice that the Hotel is right on the Beach. Our Room was a Oceanview Balcony on the 4 th Floor. Sadly instead of enjoying a sunrise on the Balcony we had to stay inside keeping the door shut because of the stench of Smoke and Skunk Pot smell that filled the air. The pool was dirty. Not what we expected from a Hilton property!

Safe and quiet for me and my family. Easy access to beach. The two minor issues I had I spoke with the clerks upon check out and they said they would relay to the appropriate staff to be addressed. I will return to use their hotel again.

Check in was seamless. Staff were professional, courteous and friendly. I didn’t have a phone the first night, out of order.The jack for telephone use had to be replaced. Television had pixel and break up problems. Checked other channels and experienced similar problems. I do not like Bagel bars as the only choice for breakfast. Should be other choices to satisfy more of your guests. Generally our stay was comfortable.
