Sorry, this has happens to you however the check out time was 11:00 and we knocked on the room at 12:00 PM . I understand there are some guest who wants to stay longer then one or few days we apologize for there inconvenience. The owner do not work there but the person who you said treated you not right has been taking care of and hope you give another chance to make it a better experience.
