Clean room. Good A/C. Staff was courteous and helpful. Only negative is the attached restaurant did not have any of the shrimp dishes. Lots to choose from but they were out of shrimp which is kind of unacceptable in my opinion. The continental breakfast was very good though.

Location of hotel is good, however, there is lack of parking spaces, which can be difficult to find due to the hotel’s location. Friendly staff, food selection is good and fresh. Room cleanliness is OK, but elevators to upper spaces are tight, only allow 2-3 people without the luggage. Charging up the phones can be difficult due to the lack of electrical outlets for it. Needs upgrades.

Very welcoming staff upon arrival, super friendly. We had our dog with us and they were really good with her also. Parking was right at the front door. The hotel is in immaculate condition.

Ok if you have to

Located next to a noicy street. Staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom was tiny, couldn't open the door all the way because of space and garbage can was in the shower and you had to move it depending on what you were doing. Skip the breakfast, it was dry, no taste and boring

The room itself was very comfortable and quiet. The bed was comfortable. Front desk staff are terrific. I found parking relatively easy but it seemed limited. but I sensed the hotel was not too busy so might be a bit.more challenging. That said, the front desk staff volunteered that they would be of assistance if onsite parking was not available. Plenty of immediate area public parking. The hotel restaurant was fairly mediocre for both breakfast (free) and dinner (extra) but lots of dining options in the area

Internet was open, not secured. "King" bed was more like a large queen. If you aren't early for breakfast you are not having any...1st day we went after 8am. Hardly anything left and the 2 pancakes that were, were so hard on edges you couldn't even chew it. Asked, & got two more, 1 each, 2" diameter. For 3 days only white & brown bread offered. No safe nor fridge in room. No way to keep anything cold. About 12 parking spots for entire hotel. For a few more $$, we have had none of these issues at the Hampton.
