We arrived at midnight & were told by the gate that we could not enter because not everyone's name was on the reservation. I'd completed the portion listing all renters and drivers .they wouldn't use the email I showed them for proof. They made us take one rental car to an empty store parking lot for the night or until this was cleared up. We were only able to enter in the rental car that I was in. We drove back to pick up the rest of our party & luggage . We called VRBO & Top Villas and could only leave a msg. We called an emergency ph # provided in our info pack. They agreed the renters guest had indeed been entered by me They said they would try to send it to the resort but this didn't happen until the next day after more calls were made. Then the pool and hot tub were not working. They were filthy as was the entire patio, bbq grill, bar area and outdoor furniture. I had paid for heat for the entire week . I made another call regarding this. A pool repair man showed that day but said they would need a part & could not provide an ETA. It was repaired 2 and a half days later. Not cleaned but working. More messages were made to Top Villas . A maintenance man showed to clean up the patio area (although a rainstorm had done most of that job already for him). He was not aware of the pool not working. We missed half of our stays relaxation in the pool. No compensation was made to me!
