Amenities not as advertised

House was beautiful and cozy. We booked this house for the listed amenities, but these fell short as most items in the gameroom were broken and/or breaking (tic tac toe, basketball hoop and darts), grill had padlock so we couldn't use it and despite reaching out 7 different times about accessing the gym and 2 guarantees to remedy this issue, we were never able to use it. Also, pictured is a hot tub but not listed, so it was not on.
