The first-floor master bedroom or "Fish Room" is equipped with a king bed, glass slider onto 9ft x 4ft private west balcony with view of gulf and bay, 55" mounted TV, private bath with large 5ft marble walk-in shower with bench seat, vanity and separate commode room.

The second-floor master or "Dolphin Room" is equipped with a king bed, glass slider onto a 11ft x 11ft private gulf deck with panoramic gulf views and a double cabana style lounger for sunning and relaxing. The Dolphin Room also has a mounted 55" TV and attached private master bath with walk-in tile shower with beach seat, vanity and commode.

The third bedroom is located on the second floor and is called the "Turtle Room". This spacious room is equipped with 1 Queen bed and 1 Full/Full bunk bed, (upper bunk weight limit 140lbs and lower bunk weight limit 200lbs), TV, and private full bath with combination shower/tub, vanity and commode. The Turtle room has a bay view from the large window.

The large 37ft x 35ft first floor gulf deck with splinter free Trex decking, includes a 21ft x 11ft pool. This fabulous beachfront pool features shallow water lounging areas and has a 4ft swimming depth. Watch the sunset in the 6 person hot tub with lights and waterfall feature. Guests may add the optional pool heater service* for $255 plus tax in cool weather months.

The deck is equipped with a polywood outdoor dining area as well as loungers, rockers and Adirondak chairs. There is a safety gate at the entrance of the swimming pool area.

Island Oasis is pet friendly, limit 2 dogs, smaller breeds only under 40 pounds. Pet fee is $100/per pet plus tax.
