Lemon Breeze is a newly constructed five-bedroom, five-bathroom oceanfront beach house! It is fully decked out with ensuite bathrooms for every bedroom and 3 King Suites! The two oceanfront suites walk right out on the beachside deck. Enjoy your private heated pool for year-round swimming! The deck is oversized and will allow everyone to find great places to relax and enjoy the sounds of waves, in the sun or shade! Also, enjoy your private waterfront beach volleyball pit!

The house is exquisitely furnished as a top-tier vacation rental. The owner did not cut any corners. It comes with a second refrigerator and chest freezer, so you can plan a great uninterrupted beach vacation. Come check out Lemon Breeze for your dream beach vacation!

This property is on a highly desirable through lot. This part of the island only has one row of houses on the gulf side, giving you more privacy and a more personal beach experience. These are rare and rent fast!

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, - 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet applied.

The whole family agreed this was one of the nicest and best places that we have stayed. The fact that everything was on one level and the main living area was large enough for the whole family together and enjoy each other‘s company was the best . House is perfect for 4 families with kids ,offers plenty of room for everyone . Beds very comfortable and house was very clean .suggestion - kitchen offers dishes and utensils and few pots if you like to cook on vacation . Please be advised that if you make coffee bring your own coffee filters , garbage bags and most importantly toilet paper .hose does not provide enough of those items for a week stay .it is locking in those areas . Under the house be aware of nails that contractors didn't clean up after they builded so if you have small kids don't let them run there . Pool was great however it went green on us after 4 days but that was most likely due to weather changes .overall stay was comfortable and fun

Needs better cleaning company

When you arrive at any rental property you expect it to be clean. I was very disappointed in the way the deck and freezer room was left a mess. I did contact mgmt company and they sent someone from the office to clean up and I felt bad asking her to clean things because it’s not her job. This is a new property and charges a weekly rate of a 5 star location and some of the items were cheaply done, like shower curtain liners. We had an awesome week but the house was cleaner when we left then when we arrived.
