Beautiful custom flooring throughout the unit adds to the feel of a seamless transition. Primary bedroom offers King bed, ensuite bath, and a great view from the gulf-facing balcony access to watch the sunset. Secondary bedroom offers two full beds, unit accommodating up to 6 in your party. This unit is one of the very few to offer beach equipment such as a wagon and boogie board! Personal touches make this a stand-out unit you must see.

Holiday Isle amenities include elevator access, lighted tennis court, fitness center, gated security entrance, indoor pool with hot tub, outdoor pool, covered garage parking with (3) vehicle maximum, steam room, dry sauna, (2) outdoor electric grills for community use, private boardwalk to the beach.
