Oven, dishwasher, cooling/freezer combination, Senseo coffee pad machine and coffee machine, microwave, etc. The 63m² apartment is located in one of two pretty houses with other residential units connected by the indoor pool with counter -current system (5m x 8m). Large lawn, play and football field. Grill area with seating in the facility.
