Dated but acceptable

Dated but acceptable. The room was clean and linens were clean. The only downsides were the curtains ( which didn't block the light outside), the loud a/c, and the room not being carpeted. But the breakfast was tasty and the staff were polite and professional.

We've stayed here before and enjoyed it. This time we booked this place because it was so warm outside and wanted to enjoy the pool. However, a local I am assuming booked a room and hosted a pool party with about 20 kids and a mom that was constantly screaming and swearing at them so we, and other paying guests could not use it. We didn't complain because I didn't want to start any trouble or ruin the kids birthday.

I had a disappointing stay at Sureplay Hotel. After a long drive, the check-in process was unusually slow due to staff training, which was frustrating. Unfortunately, the room didn’t meet basic cleanliness standards— the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the TV remote was sticky and dirty. The TV itself was also in poor condition. I expected a more comfortable and welcoming experience.
