Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Received a code 3 days later. I have arthritis & Gout and it did not state steep steps. Top step is a half a step, very narrow and dark. Safety issues! There is no way I could have gotten my luggage upstairs! Street parking only.I could have fell, I'm 64 and could have fell and broke my hip or something else! Bottom 2 rooms looked like apartment building.
