The staff was friendly enough on checking but once in the room, if you went into the bathroom and shut the door, you couldn’t get it open to get out. Luckily, we had 2 other members of our party to open the door to let us out.

Seems to be a spot where local people park and party in the parking lot until late. The hotel has a moldy smell throughout and they did not clean rooms or offer fresh towels for multiple day bookings. Dropped a note off stating due to high occupancy they will not be providing services to "Stay over" guests.

They were going through some renovations but the lobby area was very inviting & clean. The front desk people were very friendly, accommodating & did it with a smile. I was impressed with the continental breakfast, the best ive had in a long time, hot eggs, sausage, make your own waffles, biscuits & gravy, boy were we pleased. Our room was ok, the carpets could use some deep cleaning, I wouldn't walk on it without shoes on, it was nasty. Plenty of parking & hotel close to plenty of stores & the college.
