Adorable condo in a perfect location to my 2 favorite spots-Salt Creek Beach and Aliso Summit trail which are only 2 miles in opposite directions. Pool and jacuzzi are nice. Plenty of room in the condo with lots of cooking utensil and coffee maker choices. Covered parking comes with the unit but there is plenty of open spaces as well.Jamshid quickly responded to some issues I with the lock box (operator error) and resetting the modem. He was a great host and was available for helping me out in an instant! go for it!!

Our host was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed during our stay. The unit is newly renovated and very nicely appointed. Be sure to read the fine print as the description is not what was on offer. Hopefully, the owner will be able to make the necessary corrections to the description with VRBO help. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful newly renovated flat in safe community

My wife and I just had a wonderful stay at this well appointed newly renovated flat. The gate security guards were super friendly and the entire community was very well kept and felt safe. Next time we’re in the area we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!!

Jam was a wonderful and communicative host. A beautiful home with close access to the beach! The gated community made us feel very safe. Dana point is a gorgeous coast town and it was a pleasure to stay is such a reasonably priced and well situated location.

Safe area & great communication

The location is in a double gated neighborhood with a gate guard. The host reached out prior to check in to see if there was any questions I had, he also checked in with me a couple days after check in to see if we needed anything & to make sure we were enjoying our stay!
