Heel mooi en net appartement en van alle gemakken voorzien. Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Alleen vreemd dat de pandbeheerder de laatste dag zo binnenliep zonder aan te bellen om te informeren wanneer we wilden vertrekken.

Traumhafter Jahresbeginn

Wir hatten mit 6 Erwachsenen und einem Kleindkind eine wundervolle Woche in der Wohnung. Alles war genau wie beschrieben (nur ein bisschen schöner). Der Kontakt zu Jochen war top und die Bergaussicht unbezahlbar. Absolute Empfehlung!

Von Anfang bis Ende super

Wir waren zwei Familien mit Kids, die einfach ein paar schöne Tage in den Bergen verbringen wollten. Dass die Unterkunft perfekt war, hat es zu einem unvergesslichen Wochenende gemacht. Es hat an nichts gefehlt, es war sauber und sehr hochwertig!

Top Unterkunft!

Wir waren mit 4 Personen über Silvester 23/24 zum Skifahren dort und sehr begeistert. Die Wohnung ist top gepflegt, super sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!

Urlaub am Arlberg - Traumhafte Wohnung mit kleinen Abstrichen

Unser ursprünglicher Plan war die Gegend beim wandern zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zum Glück hatten wir uns für eine schöne und hochwertige Wohnung entschieden, da die Wanderpläne dem Regen zum Opfer gefallen sind. Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und ist komfortabel für sechs Leute eingerichtet. Besonderes Plus waren die komfortablen Matratzen. Auch zum Kochen hat absolut nichts gefehlt. Minimale Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Einen Sandwichmaker - Den Bass der Sonos Box nach unten regeln. Dass der recht stark ist, haben wir vom Nachbar erfahren. Sonst gibt es wirklich absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, um dieses schöne Tal auch bei Sonne zu erkunden.

Moderne Ferienwohnung für Groß und Klein

Wir waren mit vier Erwachsenen und vier Kindern in der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist traumhaft schön! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Einfach schön!

Rundum zufrieden. Waren Anfang Mai für 2 Nächte in der Ferienwohnung. Waren sogar zu 8. dort. Es hat alles super geklappt. Tolle Unterkunft und Jochen ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen wieder. :)

Great stay and friendly hosts

A group of 7 people had a great stay in Wald, with quick connections to the Arlberg ski resorts. The apartment has a high standard with beautiful kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, 2 toilets and a bathroom. Would absolutely recommend this place and the hosts. Thank you! Advise to people renting: 1. There is actually a bus stop just down the road even though it seems impossible to find out through googling 2. Bring earplugs. There is a church next to the apartment, and this rings all night long. I have no idea why this is the case, but trust me..

Tolles Objekt mit herausragendem Wohlfühlfaktor

Moderne und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. Hoher Wohlfühlfaktor! Rodeln für die Kinder ist unmittelbar hinter dem Haus möglich. Die Sonnenkopfbahn ins Skigebiet ist gut erreichbar, fußläufig ca. 20 Minuten mit dem Auto ca. 3 Minuten. Wir werden definitiv wieder Gäste bei Familie Köb sein.

Winterurlaub

Das Objekt hatte die perfekte Größe für eine Familie von fünf Personen. Wir wurden vom Gastgeber ausführlich über alles informiert, sodass der Urlaub vom Check In bis zum Check Out total genossen werden konnte. Auch der Skikeller und die Lage zum nächsten Skilift waren top,Wir würden die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen und wenn es sich anbietet, gern auch nochmal hinfahren.
