There are also two nightstands and several outlets/USB charging ports in the loft. In the main living space, the sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a Sealy sleeper sofa mattress. A cozy chair in the reading nook is the best place to curl up with a book. Our smart Toshiba Amazon Fire TV is on a rolling cart, so you can move the TV wherever you like in the house. Fresh linens including blankets and pillows for the sleeper sofa are stored in a plastic case in the laundry closet. The open kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, stainless steel oven/stove, stainless steel dishwasher, microwave/vent hood, double sink, toaster, Keurig and traditional carafe coffee maker. In the cabinets you'll find a set of plates, appetizer size plates and bowls, in addition to a plastic set of dishes, coffee cups, glasses, stemware, cutting mats, mixing bowls, bakeware, knives, cooking utensils and cutlery. We provide coffee pods, mini vanilla creamers, stevia and sugar packets. The bathroom includes a large tile shower with a rain head shower fixture, European shower wand and sliding glass door. Guests have access to the shared fire pits (there are two on the property for the four tiny homes). Additionally, guests have access to our central Huddle area. We repurposed a 40’ shipping container to house our outdoor living room and attached a 40’ wide deck to hold our Blackstone grill, prep station and outdoor games! All of our guests have access to our on-site level 2 Electric Vehicle Charger which is located on the side of Magnolia Tree Tiny Home.

Secure unique coded access will be provided to guests the day prior to check in. Your hosts live in Metro Atlanta, however our team is always close by. Please reach out if you need anything before, during or after your stay and we will be happy to assist!

Tiny house

There was a terrible storm but the Tiny House weathered it fine and we didn’t lose power! I was also concerned with flooding but there wasn’t any. The only thing I wished there was a place to put your clothes. And I guess raccoons were out at night, our dogs didn’t like that.

Great location! Clean, well kept property.

We loved our stay here in the Mountain Trail tiny house. Perfect getaway over the Christmas holiday week. Location is great; only a short distance to wineries and downtown Dahlonega. Would have given 5 stars if not for one thing; the water pressure is less than desirable. I understand that the property is on a well, but in some instances the water was barely coming out of the shower or the sink. Again, I highly recommend!

Imagine Feeling Like You're Sleeping with the Stars

My partner and I drove from Atlanta to Dahlonega to view the Christmas lights in Historic Downtown. We used this time to reconnect and relax. The tiny house was the perfect amount of space for us. It was extremely clean and cozy. We loved the Christmas decorations. One night in the loft made us feel like we were in a treehouse sleeping among the stars.

Perfect stay

We enjoyed our stay. Had a wonderful time just hanging around on the property to going downtown for lunch and ice cream. The house was perfect and had anything you could need for the stay. We attended a wedding at Venzelay Mountain Venue and it was so close and convenient. I highly recommend, if not already, having the venue add you to their lodging recommendations. Great place to wake up at for Morher’s Day.

Tiny House....BIG FUN

My wife and I went up for her birthday. The place was awesome! Location is perfect...we hit a couple wineries and relaxed by the fire pit enjoying the great weather. The roosters chattering next door caused us to laugh the entire trip. Never heard them at all when we were inside the Tiny House - great windows. Would highly recommend!

Perfect Quick Getaway From Atlanta

Place was just as advertised. Great location. Tiny homes were very clean and comfortable with everything you need. Less than 10 minutes to downtown Dahlonega and 15-20 minutes to multiple wineries. We were able to visit a few wineries and enjoy the antique shops and atmosphere downtown, as well as taking advantage of the grill and fire pit on site for a great relaxing getaway.

Perfect tiny house!

The tiny house was perfect for our quick stay in Dahlonega! The house was in a great location, 10 minutes away from the winery and 10 minutes from the town square. The house itself was beautifully decorated, had everything we need, and clean! The shared fire pit made our stay so memorable. There was firewood, a fire starter and even a small s’mores pack (which we loved!!). The host was easy to get ahold of and very kind. Overall, we had an amazing stay and look forward to coming back soon!

Comfortable house in quiet location

My husband and I stayed at this tiny house for 2 nights with our 2 dogs. It was very comfortable and spacious. The location was great for taking walks with our dogs. The house was very well equipped with everything you need. It was very bright and spacious. The outdoor space was an added bonus. It was a short drive to Dahlonega and also nice hiking trails. Very good location. Communication with the hosts was very good. We highly recommend staying here!
