This is a boutique hotel so it small but it excellent for HoiAn. Its clean and beautiful. It never felt crowded when we were there. Good locations right on edge of old city. Very quite at night. They have free bikes so u can ride anywhere anytime. Also can ride to beach in about 15mins. Staff very helpfull. Cleaning also very good . Geat value. I highly recommend for HouAn stay.

Rooms were clean and the staff was helpful. Ventilation in the room could be improved: the temperature control is not very accurate, and the AC blows air directly at one side of the bed. We ended up sleeping sideways on the bed to avoid it blowing cold air into our faces at night.

Staff service was disappointing. Tried to overcharge us for the taxi they arranged. We told them more than a week out that we needed an extra night and they said they would take care of it onsite. They didn’t. The room was nice, but there was a nasty smell.

The property is in exceptional condition, as it is still fairly new. The staff are excellent. My only suggestion is pick a non city view room as it is noisy in the early mornings with traffic an all.
