Everything was really good. Amazing service. Clean and tidy room. Breakfast is good there are lots of options. Pool by main building is great. The private beach area is amazing as well. Had a really pleasant 4 nught stay. Would stay again.

The description was honest. Unlike other hotels that offer airport shuttle this hotel actually did with no extra charge. The room was spotless and the breakfast buffet amazing.

Room and facilities good. However, not allowing outside food onto the property but also not having dining options past 11pm is a ridiculous concept, as is charging for a disposable laundry bag that every hotel offers for free

Didn’t like the bathroom set up with the sink being in the open by the bed. Hotel is showing signs of aging with some peeling walls in the corridors from the bedroom to the lift and rusting balcony railing. Good choice of breakfast items. I lost my plastic room key and was charged 200.000 dong to replace it. It was just a plain plastic credit card size key ! I’ve never had to pay for a replacement card key at any other hotel before.
